At Easy Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
